The theatre is set in E-gen city.E-gen is a lively city full of smiles, where sign language and spoken language are used and people from many different backgrounds live in harmony.But this peace was broken—the mayor was murdered.You are a new detective of the Space-Time Detective Agency.Under orders from the commander, you travel back in time to the past of E-gen City to prevent the murder.What you see in the past is the intersection of people’s destinies.People intersect and sway back and forth from “being understood” and “not being understood”.As you intersect, you will find out their intentions and the hidden truth of the city. And in the fated moment, your intersection will change the future.Presented by IGENGO Lab. - an unprecedented communicative experience type immersive theatre experience where Japanese Sign Language, International Sign, and Japanese intersect!
About Immersive Theatre
In Immersive Theatre, participants experience the story by following the characters by actively participating in the story. The whole picture becomes clearer with repeated viewings so it is difficult to grasp the stories of all the characters in a single viewing.
Important Notes Regarding Information Accessibility
Due to the nature of immersive theatre, characters interact in their own language. Participants will be immersed in the story, moving back and forth between “understanding” and “not understanding” depending on their own language. Please note that it is difficult to guarantee complete information in all languages in some scenes.

Even if you have a 4-day ticket, you can only participate once in IGENGO Immersive Theatre "Intersection". A reservation form will be sent separately to 4-day ticket holders.

IGENGO Lab. provides experiential entertainment centered around communication between different languages. Primarily operated by native Japanese Sign Language speakers, they plan and manage "IGENGO Escape Game (Interlingual Escape Game)" and "IGENGO Immersive Theatre (Interlingual Immersive Theatre)" utilizing sign language, written communication, gestures, spoken language, and more. Their main works include "Ushinawareta Kokoro Sagashi (Searching for Lost Hearts)," "A Love Story Just 5 Millimeters Apart," "“Interlingual Language Escape Game ON TV”" with NHK, and the "Fantasy Museum Series" with Sapporo Sculpture Garden, and much more. Recipient of the 14th Youth Leader Award.
