Regarding Passes

4-day Ticket

・: Value ticket allowing you to access all programmes during the festival (November 6-9) with a single ticket

・: 4-day Ticket holders will be able to use a priority lane allowing them to enter the venue ahead of other ticket type holders

・: The ticket holder is only able to participate in IGENGO Immersive Theater “Intersection” one time. A reservation form will be sent separately.

・: We will provide a separate form for those interested in the Woojer Strap for the performance of ”Mark of A Woman”. (Quantities are limited so we may not be able to satisfy all requests.)

・: Some workshops may require an additional ticket. Details will be announced before the second ticket sale date.

・: The pass is only valid for the purchaser (it cannot be shared with other persons).

SIGN SLAM 2-Day Ticket

Allows entry during the SIGN SLAM event on November 7 and 8

Things to Know Before Purchasing

◆: All advance tickets will be on sale until November 5th, 11:59 pm.

◆: If advance tickets are sold out, same-day tickets will not be available.

◆: Customer-initiated refunds, exchanges, and reissuance of advance tickets will not be provided.

◆: Doors will open approximately 30 minutes before each performance and screening. Numbered tickets for queueing will not be distributed.

◆: For programmes in ZA-KOENJI 1, ZA-KOENJI 2, and the Awa-Odori Hall, you may not bring infants or preschool children with you into the venue. We plan to designate some programmes that you may bring to preschool children, and these will be announced later along with the second batch of programmes.

◆: Please bring age verification identification if you buy a child ticket.

◆: Deafblind individuals accompanied by an interpreter-guide should let us know the number of guides during purchase. In principle, one guide will be admitted free of charge. We will make necessary seating arrangements within the venue. However, please notify us at least 1 week in advance. Last-minute requests may not be accommodated.

◆: Tickets for an accompanying caregiver or an interpreter-guide, in principle, up to 1 person, are free.

◆: Please note that there are no disability discounts for this event.

・: For designated programmes, childcare service is available for preschool-aged children aged 1 year or older.

(Limited availability / Reservation deadline 1 week before / ¥1000 / In cooperation with NPO Chiki Chiki)
※We will provide more information about how to apply as well as details about childcare drop off and pick up at the time of the second ticket sales date around at the end of July.

・: Wheelchair spaces are available (limited capacity/reservation required). There are size restrictions for wheelchairs. Please contact the ZA-KOENJI box office for details before ticket purchase.

How to Purchase Tickets

(1) Purchase via PassMarket

On the ticket sales page of the “Tokyo International Deaf Arts Festival”, please log in to PassMarket and make your purchase.

※: To purchase tickets on PassMarket, you will need to sign up for a Yahoo! JAPAN ID and register as a PassMarket user (free registration).

※: Payment can be made with credit card, convenience store payment, and PayPay only.

※: For advance ticket purchases made by convenience store payment, please ensure that the payment is made by November 5, 11:59 pm. If the deadline is exceeded, please be aware that the ticket will be automatically cancelled.

(2) Purchasing via ZA-KOENJI Ticket Box

Please contact ZA-KOENJI directly to purchase your ticket.

Purchase via Namichike

”Namichike” is a set of 4 tickets that can be used towards any of the many performances at ZA-KOENJI.
Please inquire directly at the theatre ticket box on the 2F of ZA-KOENJI. After purchasing Namichike tickets, you can exchange it for a ticket towards your preferred performance. Please note that you will not be able to enter the performance venue with just a Namichike ticket.
*For details, please see the ZA-KOENJI website.
*Namichike cannot be exchanged for the 4-Day Ticket or any tickets for free programmes.

(3) Purchasing via Google Forms

For those unable to create a Yahoo! JAPAN ID, please get in touch with the festival office. We will send you a Google Forms link.
